Flue gas

It can be seen that the difference in heat value, volatilization, and the amount of toner are different. After the coal is burned, the flue gas is generated, and the flue gas enters the dust collector through the pipe, which is called the inlet flue gas, the amount of entrance to the amount of ingress affects the useful life of the dust filter bag. In the case of large inlet flue gas, if the filter is small, the filtering wind speed is large, the pressure of the dust collector has increased, resulting in an increase in the pressure of the dust filter bag, which exacerbates the dust filter bag. Due to the quality of the coal selection, the size of the flue gas is determined, and the size of the flue gas directly affects the service life of the dust filter bag.




Flue gas content


Since the selected coal species is different, it has different dust in the flue gas. Dust particles

Therefore, when the filter is used, the temperature is typically increased from 10 ° C to 20 ° C in the printed point temperature. In general, when the filter is recommended to the customer, the temperature parameters supplied to the customer will increase by 5 ° C to 10 ° C to ensure the service life of the filter material can be ensured.




Acid gas


In industrial dust removal, due to the extension of the combustion of coal, the flue gas contains not only dust, but also acid gas is mainly SO2. Since the flue gas contains water vapor, a strong acid is formed, and the strong acid has corrosive, and the strong acid will penetrate to the fibers, and the higher the temperature of the working condition, the faster the chemical corrosion speed. Therefore, the content of SO2 is one of the indispensable elements in working condition analysis.




Alkaline corrosion

The higher the oxygen content, the higher the water vapor content.




Airflow distribution


The distribution of airflow affects the normal use and service life of the dust filter bag. If the distribution of the airflow in the design is unreasonable, the local airflow is too large, and the dust filter bag will work for a long time in this case, which can cause damage to the filter bag, such as: a chamber filter material is destroyed or several filtration The part of the bag is destroyed, so the distribution of airflow cannot be ignored. The usual solution is to design a flush plate in the precipitator, and the effect is to change the direction of the airflow to avoid directly flushing the dust filter bag.
