On January 29th, the Textile Association held a year-end summary meeting for 2025 in Beijing. The Party Committee, the leadership team and all the staff of the association attended the meeting. Party Secretary and President Cao Jichang presided over the meeting. 

At the meeting, the directors of each department presented their reports on the work of their respective departments in 2025, and proposed their 2026 work plans based on their own work. The leaders of the various departments made individual comments on the work of the relevant departments, recognized the achievements of the staff over the past year, and put forward guidance and requirements for the new year's work. 

President Cao Jichang expressed his gratitude to all the staff for their hard work over the past year. He reviewed the achievements made by the chamber in terms of business operations, member services, and internal management. He pointed out that 2026 is the starting year of the "15th Five-Year Plan", and the chamber should focus on doing more work in areas such as strengthening macro policy research, closely connecting with various levels of commerce departments, conducting in-depth research and communication, innovating platform construction, promoting green trade, and strengthening internal construction, in order to promote the high-quality development of the textile and apparel export industry. 

During the year-end summary conference, a 2025 advanced collective and advanced individual commendation conference was also held, where the outstanding collectives and individuals of the past year were solemnly commended.
